2 Steps Forward 1/2 step back....

Oofda! The after Vegas weigh in was not.good. :(  The scale read +4lbs!! I was so bummed but quickly got this rear in gear with lots of water and veggies.  My first weigh in for the big 8 week goal went super well, losing 5+ lbs.  So going into my 2nd of 8 weeks I was at 214, within range for my 2lb a week goal.  At this weigh in Kevin also measured me, I am excited to say I lost about 6 inches over my total body.  I continued on the straight and narrow and was down another 2 lbs.  Then the holiday weekend hit and bam...up 5!  Good god I need to stop!  I swear if I delete all my weekends I would be a size 2 by now....ugh.  I can do this, I just gotta keeeeeep going.  I have to say, with Shaun training it has made the junk food less available and easier to make smart choices.  I feel blessed to have a partner in crime for these healthy goals!  Tune in for more successful weigh ins!
