On the tail of another good weigh in at WW, I'm feeling ready and motivated to stay on track throughout my week off coming up this week! I weighed in at 1.6lbs down this week in addition to the 1.6lbs down last week, earning my 5% sticker at WW for losing 5% of my total weight so far. Next week I have off of work so I plan on hitting the cardio hard. I'm praying for good weather so I can get in some running/bike riding in early and hit up the beach in the afternoons to get a good base tan going for our trip the Vegas the following week for a bachelor/bachelorette party!
Usually when I have time off, I do not stick to a normal eating schedule like a I would at work. So in addition to pumping up the cardio next week I want to try to keep a normal menu and eating routine, including keeping up with water intake. Kevin at Flexible Fitness Solutions suggests taking your body weight and divide that in half, then drink that number in oz's of water a day. For me that would be 107oz of water!!! That's a lot, but it DOES make a difference.
On the wedding front, Shaun and I have started touring venues for our reception and are now looking into ceremony sites. I also tried on a few dresses last weekend with Mom and Molly, which went better then anticipated. I tell ya, it nevers gets old to have a group of strangers gasp and say how beautiful you look, I could use that everyday as a little ego-pumper! We're hoping to firm up a date by the end of next week!! :)
